The New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) is an independent organisation governing the quality of new-build homes and the customer service provided by developers.

They oversee the New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) - a code of practice designed to raise standards, improve transparency, and give homeowners better protection throughout their home-buying journey.
