Private Client Bookings
Cancellations by the Client

48 hours or more before the appointment
A full refund will be issued. -
24–48 hours before the appointment
A partial refund may be issued. An administration and scheduling fee may be retained. -
Less than 24 hours’ notice, no access, or no-show
No refund will be issued.
Cancellations by Castle Snagging Inspections Ltd
If we are required to cancel an inspection, we will:

Offer a full refund, or

Offer a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued where:

Access to the property is not provided
-
The property is unsafe to inspect

Utilities are not connected where required

The client provides incorrect booking information

Commercial / B2B Clients
-
Refunds and cancellations for commercial clients (including BTR and Housing Associations) will be managed in accordance with agreed contractual terms.

Report-Related Refunds

Refunds are not issued once:

An inspection has been completed

A report has been issued

Reports represent professional opinion based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and are not guarantees.
