We act as your independent on-site representative, monitoring build quality at every stage. Our responsibilities typically include:
QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTIONS
Regular site visits to assess workmanship, materials, compliance with specifications, and adherence to NHQB, NHBC and building regulations.
PROGRESS & COMPLIANCE REPORTING
Clear, detailed reports following each visit - highlighting defects, risks, and actions required from the contractor or developer.
TECHNICAL OVERSIGHT
Checking critical stages such as foundations, superstructure, roofing, first and second fixing, fire stopping compliance, ventilation systems, drainage & external works.
HANDOVER & PC/PCSA SUPPORT
Ensuring properties are fully compliant, safe and ready for occupation before practical completion or handover to residents.
