After serving ten years in the British Army, I transitioned into the construction
management over a decade ago, beginning as a Trainee Assistant Site
Manager while completing a degree in Residential Construction and
Development.
Over the years, I progressed to Project Manager, delivering private, Section
106, Housing Association and Build to Rent (BTR) developments nationwide.

I am a Technical Member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA), supporting a professional and evidence-based approach to independent inspection and reporting.
My passion for raising standards led me to found Castle Snagging Inspections: a business focussed on quality, transparency and protecting homeowners.
